Design Arena spearheads the quality and process improvement initiatives of the organization spanning conceptualization, strategy for implementation, training and deployment and institutionalization. Sudha joined Polaris in 2002 and has grown with the organization managing diverse functions such as Methods and Tools, Governance and Compliance,Customer Satisfaction, Corporate Security as well as Corporate Initiatives. She provides strategic insights to the executive leadership towards achieving organizational execution excellence.\u00a0<\/p><p>Her expertise in software process management and process improvements, project \/ program management andgovernance models, quality assurance and implementation of CMMI has enabled to define the process improvement roadmap for the organization. She has architected Intellect\u2019s Delivery Excellence program D-3 OTIF, a customer centric delivery model focused on implementation certainity.
